Hydrangea & envelope

When designing your wedding invitations please consider your envelope choice first . The size of your chosen envelope should overlap the size of your invitation. You are not obliged to choose our envelopes, however, we stock envelopes that match our paper stock and come in a variety of sizes as listed below.

Envelopes:

We have a range of envelopes on hand which match the most used print stocks. For our most popular papers (Somerset and Lettra) we stock the following sizes of beautiful envelopes:

We can also source a broad range of envelopes to suit your special project, or die-cut to order.  We have some dies in stock to make envelopes with matching print and paper stock as your invitation, as shown above in the Hydrangea design.

Papers:

We choose the finest long-lasting, acid-free papers from select international mills for our letterpress printing.  Our in-house papers are:

Somerset Velvet Radiant White: A gorgeous warm white paper stock available in 330gsm or 500gsm. Somerset is a world leading traditional printmaking paper, from the St Cuthbert’s Mill in southwest England. Mould made from 100% cotton to high archival standards, acid free and long lasting.

Crane & Co Lettra Fluorescent White: A bright white paper stock available in 300gsm and 600gsm.  This is a classic letterpress paper with a smooth finish.

Crane & Co Lettra Pearl White: A cream ivory paper stock available in 300gsm and 600gsm with a smooth finish.

 

GF Smith ColorPlan: A smooth finish paper ideal for business suites.  Available in a number of colours in weights from 135gsm – 700gsm

We’re happy to send you samples of these – please contact us.

We’re equally happy to print on paper or cards you provide. Please consult with us on appropriate options and quantities for your letterpress project. We generally ask for around 20% more paper than your final quantity please.
