Thought I’d share one of the coolest projects so far this year – a beautiful duplexed card for Donnee Murray of GOOD Design. Each side was printed separately on GF Smith ColorPlan 270gsm paper, then laminated together and trimmed. We’re delighted with the result, especially with the glowing citrine reverse – just makes you smile! Go Good!
Oh i LOVE experimenting with duplex cards, either making them two-tone or sandwiching one color with another for an “oreo” effect. To me it makes each individual piece feel like it’s own delicious piece of art. How did the registration come out? I find when i print first and laminate second it’s often difficult to get both sides straight.
