Here’s a beautiful thing – a crest composed of all the wonderful things that the couple have shared and a few of their favourite things thrown in for good measure – a total celebration of how good life is!  The print itself is on Somerset 500gsm, which is perfectly suited to taking a good press, and the hint of ink gives a little definition to the design details.. check it out…

Some jobs are just crackers from start to finish, and this beauty was certainly one of those.  Rob Calvert from www.robertcalvert.com submitted this perfectly formed letterpress design, which was a blast to print.  There were two versions of the invitations, along with a matching RSVP card, with a handy map printed on the reverse.  All were A6 size, printed on glorious Somerset 330gsm Radiant White paper stock and they formed a very handsome set when done.  We also photo-documented the process, which will give you some insight onto the labour-intensive process we follow to create our work.

This has nothing to do with letterpress, and everything to do with colour.  On our travels over the summer we found this little guy snuggled into a pohutukawa tree on Waiheke Island.  I’ve been told that he’s a Puriri Moth, but am open to correction!  Isn’t he great…
